Any Satified Customer From Red Apple (imm) ?

Looks like there are more and more complains about this ROTTEN RED APPLE. I am still waiting for them to call me on my delivery date.

It is already delay by 3 weeks and to make the matter worst, I have no idea on the delivery date yet!:unsure:

Hopefully, my L-sofa will be the correct orientation and good condition! Dun really want to wait for another month!!!

If not, I ask for refund and buy from another company!

This Apple really SUCKS!!! :furious:

I got a very bad experience with Morries *****. I total purchase 6 items from them for my house furniture but they sent wrongly 3 items. In addition, the time we purchase the coffee table, the salesmen promise to made 1 coffee table which smaller than what v saw from his magazine (v actually dun 12 choose from magazine but he insist that he able to make it to smaller type), but at the end he can't make it and just sent the item as per magazine and not even inform us. Now we return to them and he say will replace the same item with smaller size. And now he ask other salesgal to call me and say ask to re choose another type of the coffee table, this is totally unfair and he insist cannot refund the money for the coffee table. I not understand why this is their fault and at the end I must follow what he say and re choose another type of the table..... Any1 did face this kind of problem?

Hello, my furniture from the rotten apple is tomorrow. Today I called the sales staff to confirm with her again. She helped me check. And said it will be tomorrow between 12pm-3pm. Then I asked her sure or not. She told me that was what the delivery department said. If I am concerned, I can double check with them again. So I called the delivery dept and asked. The lady said the warehouse people who is doing the schedule will call me by 4:45pm to let me know. I told her I heard many bad reviews about their company. She said it happens to some people, but not always true. So I told her sure or not!? I don't wanna spend the whole Saturday waiting at home. She said they will call me again to double confirm. Then at 4pm, true enough, someone called to say that my furniture will be in tomorrow. Between 1-4pm! I was like... huh? Different timing. I asked, can confirm or not? I don't wanna wait at home the whole day. The person said the delivery man will call me before they come. So I decided that I will go out tomorrow, anyway I need to run some errands that is nearby. If they really call, then I can still rush back home. If not, I will just go & do my own stuff. Don't waste time. I hope they really deliver by tomorrow! Will update u all again.

My hubby called up red apple to ask them abt the delivery of our sofa and dining table next sat..kenny confirmed that that shipment is already on the way...shd be able to deliver next sat.....i just pray hard....

My husband told me that rotten apple called him at 5+ to say that our bar stools will come in after 3pm. Haiyo... I am never going to buy from this apple again. Usually, all other furniture shop will ask customers what time they prefer the delivery to be. And the interval is just 2 hours. Like V. Hive, I told them 11am-1pm. Somemore I keep changing my preferred time & they accommodated. This rotten apple needs some training on customer service. I see so many of u ordered sofa & dining set from them. Must be really frustrating...

Let's all boycott them in future and spread the word around so that no one bite the rotten apple.

I totally agreed with you, Haruko! We should boycott this Rotten Apple!:sport-smiley-004: One of the way is to maintain this thread on the top of the forum. So that anyone who visit this forum will see this thread first.

BTW, how long was your delay?

Mine is coming to 1 month and still no news on the delivery date!:notti::furious:

Dun wan to frighten u guys more but there is another thread about mouldy furniture and unfortunately it affected one of the member here.

So far all the wood furniture I bgt from them still ok but do not .place any wet item on the laminate cos like all wooden item bubble will form.

Also the cushion cover are not seamless so every month will need to flip over to even out the thread line this might also affect sofa cushion from other company but the next sofa I buy with either by leather or with seamless cover and definately from from Rotten Apple.

haruko..how's your delivery? even your small stool can be delayed..so disgusting right?

I am currently in Japan, so cannot keep calling red apple to remind them..

keeping my finger cross too..

if they delay..I will definately make lotsa noise at their shop.

Hi all, my stool was delivered very on time, at about 3:30pm. 2 stools, correct color... BUT! There was a defect on one of the stool. It was scratched and slightly dented. We rejected that one. And u know what the delivery man said? He said he has the silver color thingy, can help me touch up! My husband said, this is not a problem with the color, it is dented! Even after u touch up, the dent will still be there. We told him to bring it back. He said can leave it with us but we refused. We were afraid that they won't come and change it. So on his invoice, I made a note : Received only 1 stool & signed. Then I happened to go to IMM that evening to buy some stuff. I dropped by at rotten apple & told the sales staff. She said she will arrange the other stool to be delivered to me & call me tomorrow to inform me the date & time. Sigh... Delivery ok, but goods got problem...

Hi Ekardo, I bought from IMM. My sales staff was Maggie Ang. She's very nice lah. Always help me call up and check, and will call me back... She said she will let me know about the new delivery date and try to arrange for me on 13 Aug. Cos she said weekday delivery is more accurate. I will be at home on that day anyways... So, waiting. The stool is very good though. Very comfortable & cool looking. Too bad, the service sucks.
