km_foo 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2007 Hi,I am meeting HDB for my 1st Appt on 20 June. I have received the Brochures and the instructions and I am told that my appt is 11.45am.Just wondering what takes place during the 1st interview. How long does it usually take? Will I be informed whether I am eligible for the HDB loan then as well? (I had submitted my HLE application yesterday, will be sending the documents tomorrow)Is the $2,000 refundable if I did not successfully manage to select a flat?THanks! fishpond 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2007 Dear raincole,Wondering, besides signing documents, it the 10% being paid at 1 st appointment? How much is cash, and how much is cpf for this 10 percent? If we take 80% bank loan, is it 5% cash, 15% can be paid by CPF. Do we bring the cheque or does the lawyer handle this?Is the COV not paid at the second appointment? But chq needs to be coming from u for the cash portion (5% yup).
