New Place

Hi,

This is my new place in Bukit Panjang, smaller than my last place so need help to maximise space, don't know if possible to shift storeroom into the kitchen. This perhaps can make living room bigger.

Anyone got nice toilet to show - need to see how to maximise the space.

Any help welcomed.

quite difficult to see from your flr plan which are structural walls and which are not

if you want to, hacking away the wall of the store to extend the living is a good idea.

a lot depends on your lifestyle e.g. how many person staying there, cook often or not, entertain often or not, need home-office or not etc

I'm sorry to say, there's nothing much that can be done. Your place is already fairly rectangular, so usage has been max-ed out. Without a storeroom, best you can do is build cabinets high up or use a corner of the kitchen for storage.
