Roflmaoxz 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2007 you remind me of the sales people from lee hwa jewellery. when they see people like hubby and i who always wear very causal and they don't entertain us. whereas soo kee jewellery sales people always come and entertain. end of the day, lee hwa lost our 20k+ deal. sookee earned our 20k+ deal! Basket.... talking about Lee Hwa, I dun understand why their diamonds are so expensive! And furthermore they dun shine after few years of wearing. Really regret buying the ROM solitaire ring there!! paradise7 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2007 Its best for couples to be frank with each other on their pay. Money is evil and is mostly the root of quarrels for marriages. Hence, this must be handled well right from the start even b4 marriage starts.Planning a household is not about you or me but about US.How long can one keep his/her salary under wraps? Sure to let the cat out of the bag one day right?

chew@PPLe 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2007 (edited) Hahaha....when they forgotten to keep their pay slips...then everything will be out of the bag liao...Actually when you buy house, need to submit CPF statement, then you'll already know how much each other earns mah. Anyway, I support joint acct after marriage, like tat hor, no matter who earns more, who gets more bonus, nobody will be jealous because the other party benefits from it too. Like sometimes if hubby whine abt salary difference, I'll tell him "hey, why u complain? u suddenly got $X increment in your monthly salary leh!" heehee!
