What's The Sequence?

Mine is a resale flat. Wanna make sure, before moving in, house is free from lizards,roaches, litterbugs, etc, etc. Thinking of approaching a pest control service for this. When this to be done ? After all reno and just after painting ? Ofcourse need to do cleaning before moving in.

What's the sequence should I follow? Things to do - Reno (Basic), Painting, pest control, cleaning, moving in appliances and furnitures, fixing the appliances, moving my things

Why should the painter know? Ask the pest control people. They know.
