Urgent - Need Polycarbonate Shelter For My Balcony

Hi

I want to build a polycarbonate shelter (10 mm thick) to cover my balcony trellis and keep out the rain. It is about 6 feet wide by 24 feet long.

I stay on the 12th floor. One well-known company ("HxxxxxCxxxxxxx) came to my place 2 times, first to look-see and measure, and the second time to sign the contract. However, after I gave my cheque, the salesman decided that it was too dangerous a job for his workers who, according to him, were mostly in their 50s and not that fit.

Can anyone recommend me a company that specialises in this and CAN do the job?

I want to do up the shelter quickly.
