What May Be The Approx Cost For This?

Reading this forums with lots of interest and wanna appreciate many valuable inputs.

Buying my first home (4 rm) at resale and need to do some renovation. Want to know approx costs for these works to plan my finance. Just a range will be sufficient. Appreciate any inputs. Thx.

1. Kitchen Cabinet with Solid/Granite top - App length 20 ft, both top and bottom, Fair quality, designer type

2. Good quality hood and hob. Hood chimney type. Seen some nice BELLARI models

3. Kitchen Sink - SS/Granite

4. Hacking and changing the Floor tiles only for 2 baths

5. Changing Toilet seat for both baths

6. Shower screen for both baths

7. Wash basin with Glass top for both baths

8. Rain shower for MBR bath.

9. Fixed wardrobe - 8 ft, sliding door for MBR

10. Fixed wardrobe - 6 ft, sliding door for another room

11. L shaped box for roof in living - Only the corners (seen here in some blog. quite nice. like it)

12. Wall feature behind my wall mounted lcd - simple one

just my two cents worth

1. $90pfr for the kitchen cabinet, granite top around $100pfr / solid top from $50 to $160pfr

2. good quality hood and hob around $2k

3. kitchen sink from $200 to $2k

4. hack and retiling - not doing so no idea but the cost will depend largely on the kind of tiles you want to use

5. depending on the type of toilet seat. from $400 to $20k for both

6. shower screens should cost around $600 each

7. wash basin with glass top??? as in a glass cover or a glass basin???

8. rain shower from $200 (w/o mixer) to $???

9. + 10. ikea or closetdesign? pole or wood body? $80pfr to $300pfr

12. depend on material. around $1k should be enough
