applefreak 1 Report post Posted May 23, 2007 basically, when the job requires a diploma, they won't pay more for a degree-holderconversely, if there is another applicant who is a diploma holder AND has some experience in the field, you won't stand a chanceanyway, if you are really interested in this jobthen check out the classifieds for similar jobs, some of the ads would have the salary range theresorry just curious why do you want a diploma-job when you have a degree? zirhk3355 1 Report post Posted May 23, 2007 My advice is if you are not in a hurry to look for a job, don't go reduce your asking salary. Once your salary had been determined, its very hard to have the employer increase it.
