hi ballball! yeh supposed to end long ago! haha... they didnt indicate when they're gonna hand over.. though the carpenters told me that they wld finish by this week! we're actually no longer that excited... because dragged so long already... excitement has kinda died down... and with all the payments !!

anyway, we're deducting money daily for the delay... i told my ID before but he didnt seem to take note.. so too bad for him... Hubbs says he has told him already and he is already countint daily...

we still havent gotten major items like fridge, tv & oven... so the whole will be pretty bare for awhile... we have old 29" tv... those huge ones... we wil use it temporary til the IT show in March. Heh.

you can always drop by to see see look look on weekdays... since the carpenters shld be there doing their work... anyway i went by on Wed and yesterday... from Wed to Sat, there has been no movement or change noted... don't know what they're doing. Anyway, they're losing money... too baD...

my colleague's house was also delayed.. at least one month or more.. she is PISSED off. A lot of minor works not done.. and the reno guys dun wan to finish it till the last payment of only 1k is paid.. my advice to her is give liao.. wait they dun do how?? she quite lost.. dunno wat to do..

ya.. yest court got big big ad on electrical and furniture sales.. later also may drop by sungei kadut to look for furniture.

I dunno can deduct a not but that time i sign up an ID he says if he never do his job well can no need to pay him the last 5% dunno is it true a not hee hee. Just verbal agreement.
