CASE or Small Claims Tribunals ?Signed for this short courses Jul 2005, at Altxxx school, for the MAYA part-time course. But due to the lecturer tight shcdule, the course had been drag / postponed alot, till now still not completed.I want to ask for refund, so, CASE or Small Claims Tribunals should I go :s11: ?
