v2offer 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2007 After taking your $, they "dissapear" too. Like my case, I ask my agent to inform ex-owner to collect their letters, but few weeks already still no "shadow". So I had to crossed the letter n throw the letter into mail post myself.Actually u can bring e letters to post office n tell them that u r the new owner. They will know what to do... lingling 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2007 It's useless telling the agents, they're unable to remove you from the listing. I can understand how annoying it is because I experienced it when I helped my parents to post an ads for their property with my hp number and I'm still receiving enquiry calls after 5 mths. Most of them called to ask me so much questions which I mistaken them as potential buyers but they told me later that they're just updating their data. Data updated very often but I'm still receiving calls from agents?
raincole 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2007 Same as buying. Easier to buy but when decided to not buy, difficult to refund back $$$.
