I am also trying to compare quotes.

Just curious as I am not familiar with overlaying, $4.1K for wall and flooring of 2 toilets sound ex to me? I am hacking two old toilets, laying wall and floor tiles, for that my best quote is $2.7k (tiles up to $3.00/sqft). Not sure how much the hacking is as there is no breakdown, but definitely wont not $1.4k?

1) Does ur L-box comes with light holder?

2) TV console got drawers? If yes how many?

3) What is the range of wallpaper u get to choose from?

4) What is the brand of laminate you get to choose?

What is the types of paints you get to choose? ICI / Nippon?

What are range of paints you can used? Easy wash/ pentaline/ odurless?

What is the range tiles u get to choose from? Brand wise?

What grade of Supreme are u able to get? AC3/AC5/ engineering?

For point C (general cleaning) and Point E (Chemical wash) make sure that they do it and clean it well.

For Clear all debris please make sure they clean it well. As got incident that some contractor just throw all the things outside corridor and caught conplain from Town councils.

Will it be able to choose two different tiles within one loo?

Your quote seems ok. But what will be the range of material you will be getting? There are quite a few of ranges of materials.

Especially on capentry works.

Do source for a few more quotes and compare.
