F&p Lovenest @ Punggol

Recommended Posts

Yesterday went down to lovenest, for the 1st time in many weeks :notti: Main purpose was the delivery of our washer and dryer + also to view the progress of our reno :)

Unfortunately, the washer and dryer were not installed on the spot due to unforeseen circumstances (space constraints etc etc) and our ID couldn't make it to be there to give advice....so.... 8| Pictures of both appliances will be up later....when everything is sorted out. haiz....

Meanwhile, enjoy the rest of the pix :)

Our Service yard is in a mess. Can't fit the washer and dryer on the base. In the end, will have to hack the current base and put a new one. *SIGH*

ID highlighted that his tiler is tied up at the moment. So I'll have to wait till the end of the month before the tiler will be able to do his job.

The dimension is correct. Originally, we wanted to put the washer facing the short wall. But the thing is, the washer's door opens on the left. It will prevent us from reaching into drum or standing in front.

If we put it facing the kitchen, it will be sticking out of the base and also block the laundry sink :bangwall:

The sink we bought is too big, kekeke.

Can't they make the yard abit bigger, Grrrr!

Aiya, the glass door we wanted for the Kitchen cannot fix because it will hit the platform. sometimes wonder whether the ID got measure properly in the planning stage one or not. Grrrrr.

Now we gonna live without a door at the kitchen, cause if we do a wooden glass pivot door, it will cost 700++.

Aluminium pivot door will cost about the same as our glass door, but won't look as good.

Anyway they fixing up my fish tank and planter soon, i hope it turns out ok. If not, my ears gonna be burnt.

My wife will say, I told you so.

My in-laws will say, I told you so.

My mum will say, I told you so.

*sniff*

ID called up to say the planter/fish tank seems to turn out OK! I hope it's the truth, I'll only get to see it this weekend.

If it's the truth, then.....

I can tell my wife, I told you so.

I can tell my in-laws, I told you so.

I can tell my mum, I told you so...

YEAH!:notti:
