is it bad that my master bedroom door swing open rested against half of the wall of my master bedroom toilet and common toilet?

Please advise. 

Prior to my house layout,  is it bad for bedroom door to rest open sharing the same wall with toilet? If it is bad, what remedy would you advise?  Thanks & Regards

I'd say it's less than ideal because it can make the space feel more cramped when the door is open. One solution might be to just close the bathroom door when not in use, but that could also cause a problem of not knowing if it is in use.
