Any good and reasonable contractor to recommend (not ID)

hi, may i know whether you want to contractor to re-reno your whole house?  I  bought a second hand flat and i got 2 contractor. One for wiring & piping installation while the other one who is specialize in cabinet and vinyl flooring. I get him to do the vinyl for all my room and also re-install a kitchen cabinet last year. The price is reasonable and everything can be negotiable. I am satisfy with his service. If you want, do let me know. ☺️

hi all,

i was thinking is good to share my renovation experience here. As I bought a 50 years old landed house and looking around for a contractor inside the renotalk. I ask around here and comparing a few contractors recommended from the bro and sis here even got the 2 Mr K . Finally i got a good contractor and not ID because it can save a lot directly liase with contractor and not ID company. If you are not lucky even a ID company will not give you a nice design of house and Furthermore have to spend a bomb. I have very happy with my renovation and happily staying inside now and no need to cause me a bomb. I can use these money for my furniture ..... ?

Online there's so many good direct contractors. Rather than asking for recommendations which many are self advertising, do your own research.

For vinyl, there's evorich which is good

carpentry there's heng lai furniture, Mr Carpenter

painting there's LHC Coatings

some which are the contractors I have used, which can be found on FB. my recommendation, do some research and meet up with the ones you prefer and get the one you are comfortable in. knowledge is the best key to help you save money I feel and rmb direct contractors rarely involve themselves in more than 2 professions. As I believe every direct contractor have their own expertise.

Don't have to use those that I have shared. but at least do some research and make a sensible decision for yourself.
