Who To Engage To Change Locks?

I am getting my keys to my Simei flat in 2 weeks' time. I need to change the locks on my iron wrought gate and designer main door without replacing the doors. Who do I engage for this? locksmiths or contractors? Pls advise if you know. Thanks.

I told my reno contractor to do it for me. Just make sure they give you those keys that cannot be duplicated. Forgot what they call those...
