Quote for reno cost alone is $26k, excluding aircon, bedroom flooring and Alumix wardrobe for my MBR.Have fun renovating u completed reno already? any new pics to show? LinDa 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2007 (edited) quite a no of em owners around, all very rich lei! the previous owner maintained it quite well i should say, not like some of the units pictures look abit like scary house lei. i love balconies and em balcony is big and good. can even have small bbq. are u thinking of extending the living into the balcony? will be a pity. haha, from 50k budget increase to 60k le? don't worry hor, its normal. i think more realistic would be like 80k wor coz sure add things along the way?
