yellow 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2007 I think mine also quite fragile. I believe bubblepearl is trying to say that the other side will "tremble" when you shut the shower screen. When I climb up on a chair and take a peep at the glass support from the top, I realised the glass is only inserted a little bit into the support. Which means to say that the majority of the glass is supported by the silicon and NOT the metal support.How is yours like? Is it normal for mine? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

lawry 3 Report post Posted June 2, 2007 Seems like it's industry (bad) standard?I made some serious noise over my shower screen also. The glass was sitting in 50% of the U channel only, once I hit on it accidentally, the whole thing will tremble. While my ID agree with me that the glass should be all the way in, but the people who did the glass insisted that's the way it's done and i'm kicking up a fuss for nothing.
