TYM 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 Read from somewhere that the ideal size of a TV is based on the distance the sofa is from the TV.This distance is based on the formula 2.5 X size of TV (eg 42") = 105" = 2.67mTherefore to watch a 42' TV comfortably, your sofa should be at least 2.67m from the TV.
