Water Dripping Out Of The False, Plastered Walls

Hi all,

Anyone is facing the similar problem, I have... my toilet box-up (plastered false walls) are crying.. they are having water droplet found on the painted surface.. any helps??? :jawdrop:

It should be related to your neighbour upstairs, unless your own piping above the false ceiling is leaking. I believe you will need to take down the false ceiling to understand the source of problem.

Maybe your upstair neighbour install indoor swimming pool

check the upstair neghbour.the pipes are not leaking. got a contractor up and he told me due to the moisture in the toilet. therefore the flase ceiling is absorbing these moist through times it gathers and drip.. TRUE or FALSE???

anyone??

if is a leak, then u will see a particular spot very bad.. and got rings ard it. sometimes.. pimple like structure will form.

If it's black spots.. or water droplets over entire board area.. then.. is related to bathroom moisture problem. But moisture usually related to design problem... like wrong material or toilet no window.

Err.. anyway.. how u check upstairs neighbour, u mean u hack up the floor to see if the waste pipe was leaking?

Best is to open up yr boxup, enough for a head to go through.. and see if the bare concrete got water leak stains.
