Appeal for hdb loan

Good afternoon everyone. i have some questions to ask.

Currently i am divorced, care and control of custody under ex wife. My current house under bank loan and going to sell it end of the year.

May i know what is the procedure to appeal for 3rd hdb loan as i already took up 2 hdb loan and current house under bank loan?

appeal thru your MP, told them your financial difficulties, see if they can help u write appeal base on compassionate ground

i have appeal thru my MP several times the last time but HDB still reject

really depending on the reason for appeal, depending on MP too!

In my opinion, getting HDb loan is the safest coz no debtors can seize your flat upon bankruptcy

Not all MP can help you put thru, depending who and if they can help you write valid reason to fight I think!

yes true, my friend tried to appeal his traffic demerit points thru MP several times, not successful

Case to case. If everything appeal goes thru. Then everyone will rush to appeal thru MP and they will be very busy. So MP also know when to help and when to wayang!!! LOl
