I'm missing that white plastic thing that the cam dowel need to go in. 
What is that white thing called? where in Singapore can i find it?

Need it very urgently. Really need help. Thank you!!!

Twice that, try any hardware shop. The plastic thing you're talking about is called plastic cam lock.
Can't recommend any shops in Singapore though, sorry.
