Looking for ID who's:

Responsible, good design sense & affordable quote.

Do show me proof of chat/ ongoing/ completed reno project in the thread so I can filter out ID accounts & homeowner's. Thanks! 

Had a talk with a few IDs before CNY however did not meet my requirements. Can tell they really in for the sales only but not responsible. Would appreciate if anyone were to give me pics of their project & I'll pm for for the ID's number if I'm interested. 

KOC for resale: End of March (Kind of in a rush but I'm quite selective with IDs)
