Anyone Knows Of Good & Reasonable Contractor To Renovate My 4room Resale Flat?

Hi, am planning to do the following:

1) renovate both bathrooms (complete makeover- flooring, change squatting to sitting WC bowl in kitchen toilet)

2) Laminate flooring for whole house

3) Painting for entire house

4) Kitchen cabinet & kitchen flooring

5) Put up featured wall in living room

6) Construct platform in living room

7) Change windows & grilles

Does anyone have any ID/Contractor to recommend? I am intending to just so the basics...nothing too extravagant...just nice enuff to live in!

Do you have a budget? Cos even basic stuff can be costly if you want the good quality & branded materials.

It depends on the size of the house. I did my kitchen, toilets, hacking of 1 partition wall, laminated flooring, electrical works, painting and changed 4 doors for 17k, excluding all the fittings, which I purchase on my own. Only tiles at kitchen and toilets flooring, cement screed for the walls. Some pricing just for your reference.
