Well for reno will have to wait for HDB to settle all my defects before I can start wonder how long it will take?

depends on how many defects sometimes can take up to 1 month or 2

what theme u have for ur place? any ideas that maybe all can help to chip in

one thing abt odd shape, if u find a good id, sure it will turn ur place beautiful.

Odielim 1 to 2 months seems long, theme still awaiting ID for their drawings, hack a few walls to make it look better.

oonik that's what I like about the full length especially the air coming in

see that U've got ur keys to the EA!! good view from ur full height windows..

actually that EA layout is quite interesting if U had done proper space planning.

The showflat I went to.. had many interesting areas.. but all hidden in the corners.. so was quite interesting to explore the house bit by bit!~

Thanks, actually my ID has given me the layout plan which is quite interested once my rectifications are done and my reno starts to kick off I can post more pictures to share

Just went to choose the Kitchen wall tiles not much of a choice though

Think the white one will be the best if you can see the difference

The contractor wanted to hack the tiles today but we still have not apply our water & power supply
