Hi everyone!

We have been reading T-blog in Renotalk after our key collection in Feb 2017. We have learnt a lot from those who share their experiences, so we have decided to share ours too. For those who wonder why this t-blog started to write after 1 and a half years of key collection.... yes....after 1 and a half years.... Because our renovation only started on 18^th June 2018 (auspicius day to kick off).

Here are some details of my home:-

Location: Boon Lay

Unit Type: BTO 5 Room

Floor Size: 110Sqm

OCS: Opt out, we also opt out for the wall between kitchen and living room.

Application Date: Nov 2013

Flat Selected Date: Mar 2014 (1 week before my chinese wedding)

Probable Completion Date: Dec 2016

Delivery Possession Date: Jun 2018

Rectification Work for New Flats

We are lucky that the defects are very minimal, some grouting are not nicely done and we decided to leave it.

 

Theme

We have no idea of what theme we want and the only thing in our mind is marble flooring and that’s the reason we opt out the hdb flooring.

We started to read T-blog in Renotalk which we find them very useful and give us many ideas.

Hi there, i'm in love with shaker style as well as that was a top priority when I designed my interior. I LOVE the blue shaker style cabinets on your mood board. Looking forward to more updates on your renovation!

I did shaker style kitchen cabinets and wardrobe with solid wood. For softer and more beautiful edges, and I love natural wood grains. Quite a bit more expensive though.
