krashed 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2019 Seem like we can only look for other indoor rack providers, and because the existing rack is not theirs, they wont repair, will need to dismantle and purchase and install their racks. Tried emailing the original supplier Perfab Technology 3 Pte Ltd at 68630608 but till date bo response. Hearsay quite expensive for the repair those common issues like pulley stuck. Anyone?
