BreezeReno 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2018 (edited) Hi all.. have a duplex unit in a condo.. thinking of doing up the walls of my staircase with stucco/plaster with effects.. however contractor said need scaffolding. Was quoted quite a prohibitive price and we might give up the idea of doing that wall if we cant find a cheaper scaffolding rental ourselves. Anybody has a cheap and reliable contact for scaffolding and rough price? The max height of the wall is 3.8m, and comes down to 2.3m at the other end (ie.at the top step of the staircase). As I said, I am not a professional that is why I found some good guys on costshed.com which gave me a lot of good quotes and guides in each domain I needed information. You can contact them to because I am sure they won't disappoint you, and you will be thankful to them. Their services are pretty cheap, and furthermore they have a lot of discounts and promotions. My parents were living in it and now I am living and taking care of the house because I am the oldest child. We didn't choose the stairs for decades so I decided to renovate them. The stairs were from old wood and were very noisy. I found some people that renovated my stairs. I didn't want them to be from wood, because with time they will deteriorate and will become noisy again. I made my stairs my stairs from some special stone. I am very pleased with the result.
