Cement Screeding

Hi all I just got our new EA and we intend to go for the industrial look with cement flooring and some metal inlays. Most of the contractors whom we approached are not keen in doing cement flooring for us at all!

Anyone has any recommendations on contractors who does good quality cement flooring??
