Owner are both working from home because of lock down with the Cool Kitchen, Study room with Bronze Tinted doors walk-in wardrobe, Reminded me of Istana Hotel's Shower Room,

They both enjoying the creation done up by Designer House

Overlaid marble-like-alike wall tiles, light Gray carpentry and floor tiles, there's a black matt marble strip on the bathtub wall,

The LED downlight is dimmer type to provide spa ambiance

We have done the couple's first house at Bukit Purmei in 2015, the Husband said his wife trusted whatever i suggests even when he's not agreed ?

They've engage me again for their DBSS in Bishan st 24, just the bad time during CB lock-down, we have to demolish the house asap before we even confirm our design.

We were so worry about workers resumption issue, i have to find a place to house my workers whom agreed to stay back and i am lucky to have my friend who offer me her on sales flat, Thank you Carol ?

The Couple helped out all the supporting document and application concerning BCA MTI MOM MOH just to ensure we can get our only few workers to clear their pass to work , Special Thanks to Willis and Yeong ?

Finally, the house is done and is like owner said, this has broke our Renovation record, the longest renovation ever ?

The Colour combo of this house is just perfect, Greyest Brown with Walnut Colour, the floor is existing and we have repolished and refilled the grout with marble-gum.

The Kitchen is tiny small, we have a alum sliding glass door with Bronze Tined Glass, which was just installed a few days ago.

Kitchen cabinet is Solid Dark Grey, Silestone black colour top, 1200mm x 600mm marble effect wall backing sealed up with Marble-gum's grouting.

They saw my other project so they would like to have the same for a room call Walk-in Wardrobe, Left for the Husband and always Right for the Wife, a set of Dressing table is a must and LV's Bags compartment, i've suggested a LED touch Mirror.

The Bedroom is simple, they like to have a heavy blue wall.

the Master Bathroom is a heaven, they were not convince with a Dark Wall tiles and finally agreed to take them all for wall and floor, i promised her that the Vanity cabinet's top is going to be a light colour, and basin and WC are both not dark ?

The common Bath room is going lighter tone so that it will not scare their visitor for over romantic ?

Couple have paid 2-3 Months Rental to extend their Bukit Purmei house, this have been tough for everyone of us, we saw so many supporting hand during this period, we appreciate the workers to stay with us for not going back to their hometown, we see the neighbor being very patient for all the unexpected noises keep coming out from our house, the outcome is satisfactory, Thank You all and Thanks Thanks ?

We have completed this house right before the locked down, it was so scary when the announcement was made and yet we have struggling through ?

Young Couple were expecting the new baby during the renovation

and i'm glad to see they are all doing well after few months, then get a chance to take pictures of the house done ?

My ex-Boss's have 3 boys, the 2nd and 3rd brothers decided to redo their Bedrooms.

Design were discussed before Covid19 and only commence right after.

2nd Brother is studying in england and we start this room first when he is away.

He want his room to be Rustic feel, a Relaxing window ledge, and a large room area for his friend to seat around on the floor,

we have selected wall paper for the walls, and i found cement plastering from Wall Hub which is much natural than that.

A window ledge is created, with a large storage carpentry under it, a cushion seater and headboard, the pelmet design was added on after browsing with idea, the original floor was wood parquet, we overlaid it with cement look vinyl floor for a cleaner floor surface for his friends visit.

The 3rd Son wish to have a luxury look in his room, a headboard design was being proposed, a long storage cabinet along the wall, and his study cum gaming table.

i was puzzling for a suitable design for this room, because the initial idea was not up to standard.

A Black colour flooring has inspired me to change the whole design feel, the original parquet floor has proposed to vanish it to Black, and it looks premium, he wanted a display opening, so a black wooden background is in placed, and it makes me changed the whole entire feature wall colour to same black wood feel finish, integrate with Gold brass trimming vertically, with a long hanging side table lamp.
