I am prepping my flat for rental and found some repairs that need to be done. a) some damage to laminate floors b) some damage to homogeneous tiles c) water leak from heater d) water leak from kitchen basin e) removal of fixed tv console f) replacement of rain shower e) general cleanup f) painting of walls and doors among other works. is this considered major works or renovation?
