Hello,

Enquiring for 4rm BTO.

Sliding window for service yard.

Window grills for:

3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and service yard (in accordance to HDB standards).

Bi-fold doors for:

2 bathrooms.

Would like to check out the models available and details for the above mentioned.

Would also wish to know if you provide service for pasting of solar films on windows with owner's preference for the percentage of darkness.

Looking forward to your PM.

Thanks.

Hi, I just want to modify 1 fixed window panel and 2 sliding window panels so that there is ventilation at the top. Meaning cut off the top part of the glass about 3 inches or so. They are common corridor windows and are seldom opened.

How much will it cost and how long will the work take? Thanks.

Hi Andy,

Sorry for the late posting. Was really super busy with my reno, work and my new born baby.

As promised, i will give comment on the job done on my windows and windows grille for my EM.

1) Workers are honest and no nonsense.

I left HP in room and went to work, andy's workers came and found it. They call me up and ask me to keep it.

2) Good job and coordination done.

As my windows and grilles are done by andy, no ID is involved in the coordination part. I just need to inform andy when he can come in to install and he came promptly at the the specific date.

3) After installation of the window grilles, when i reach home i discovered one grille was having difficulty locking it . In the end , the knob paint was peeled off.

Informed andy and after a few days, worker came and rectified the problem. Appreciate that too.

4) Pricing wise, to me still acceptable although might not be the cheapest but workmanship is excellent which is the most important factor.

Btw i am the one staying at jurong West blk 4XX, EM unit. one more question, for the sliding window can it have additional security lock , encountered one incident one salesperson came promoting to install safety device lock and he demonstrated the window can be open even thou it lock internally without even any tools or damaging it. Looks scary. Too bad that area cannot be casement window or else i would have done it in casement. Thanks
