rainbowy 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2018 Hello everyone... i saw there's many holes on my carpentry with white stickers pasted over. Some holes come with screws and some are just empty holes, and I suspect these could be recycled planks. My ID told me, it's industry standard to paste a white sticker over the holes or leave it as it is. I told him there must be other options and his tone and reply sounds like I'm stupid. What should I do now? Can I request for re-do? He kept telling me it's normal and they have a condo with the same holes. But I think, the condo's one might be lesser. Robin Hoot 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2018 there are basically 2 types of holes imo. one for wall mount, one for joining the carcasses of the cabinets. Nope highly unlikely it's recycled/reused planks, but rather maybe drill wrong hole hahaha thats why there are two holes next to each other.
Lydia18 2 Report post Posted January 16, 2019 Should check through the carpenter's background before hiring him. Some carpenters may now know what they are doing sometimes. Hopefully next time you can find a better carpenter though. Check out here if you like.
