ilovebuilding 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2018 http://www.mas.gov.sg/News-and-Publications/Media-Releases/2017/Joint-Press-Release-on-Measures-Relating-to-Residential-Property.aspx Can anyone explain item #6? I ask a few banks. Seem like they still take TDSR into consideration. Which means this "cooling measure" isnt supported by the local banks.
TimThrows 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2019 Hey mate, you may like to check with a mortgage broker like the one I used. Finko (finko.com.sg). Advice is friendly and free.
bessiebeardsley 1 Report post Posted December 9, 2020 Agree, only a specialist is able to guide you in this situation. Be careful you are dealing with money. You cannot imagine how many people have problems because of low information. You know even when you think that everything is fine, please overcheck. I have a friend who had a lot of problems with his mortgage. He took it because he wanted to start a new business. The great thing was that he found Mortgage Advice Coventry services on-time and they guided him in order to pass over the "hard" moments. So this is not a joke and please try to consult a specialist. Sonilor 1 Report post Posted December 11, 2020 It seems to me that it would be much more useful for you to contact specialists because you can come across scammers on the forums. When I had help with the same issue as you have now, I turned to experienced Mortgage Advisor Leicester because I know people personally who these guys helped with documents and with difficult situations that they had. That is why I did not spend time and money to look for other people, this company was really effective for me, so I advise you to take the chance and contact specialists
