Don Yang 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2017 (edited) Hi everybody im currently renovating and have just installed the aircon piping. I notice the aircon contractor install the both copper piping in only 1 insulation from the compressor to the fcu. I've question their installation and they told me that it is their company standard to lay a single insulation and share both copper in 1. Is it a standard practice and acceptable? it is stated to upgrade to 1/2 insulation, but seem like it's only 1/4" on some part pleaae share your advice and experience. thank you Edited December 1, 2017 by Don Yang typo and add pictures
