lolzita 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2017 Hi all, I'm trying to get some wisdoms on renovation works... wonder anyone will be able to guide me through my first renovation experience? I'm operating at a pretty tight budget and timeline, so I'm trying to keep the renovation to minimum so that I can move in as soon as possible. What do you think are the bare minimum/must-do renovation to make the house livable? Thanks for your advice in advance! - Flooring of living room and bedroom without skirting - Build kitchen top and kitchen cabinet - Labor to install kitchen sink and tap + piping - Labor to install bathroom heater - Labor to install fan and lighting for entire house
