Need help on Roman Blinds locking mechanism

Hi,

Anyone knows where can I get a like-for-like replacement for the locking mechanism (the rectangular block type) for my Roman Blinds? It spolit recently and now my blinds can't be pulled up.

Also, does anyone know where I might be able to get replacement rings for the blinds too? I saw online that there are clip-on rings overseas but can't find any local retailers selling this.
