Bryan Lim 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2017 Looking to do up my apartment with tight budget of 20k. 6 year old resale flat in pretty good condition. 4room flat 91sqm 1. flooring with vinyl and painting of walls 2. Rewiring and installation of lights 3. Hack and replace tiles, toilet accessories for 2 x toilet. 4. 1 x shower screen for master bedroom toilet. 5. There are current in built carpentry wardrobes in the bedroom in good condition, planning to refurbish it with new color (laminate?). 6. Replace toilet doors and room doors.
