can anyone advice upon opening door for new unit should i sprinkle salt first before pray or?

if it is a new place, then no issue lah. don't think u need salt unless 2nd hand

Positive feeling overcomes all. Before all, love your unit, rituals can be anything as long as others and you feel comfortable.
