Install Grille Yourself?

any hidden cost?

Can save $200 bucks if I diy. Problem now is:

1. Remove window/grille specialist to remove grille to allow contractor to paint then come second time to install new window

Or

2. Ask contractor remove grille and when house complete then install new windows.

!!

Anyone did something like this or have a better solution? Looking at Decorille to do it .. any comments
