Air 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2007 (edited) very nice...! lurve the colours n wallpaper... jus curious, ur budget is incl or excl furniture?My budget is excl furniture...incl furniture, my budget is about 32K lor....now very hard to stick to budget liao lah....haiz....haha, i exceed my budget by double lor.. *vomit blood* same here, intend to furnish till swee swee than move in.. my expected should be by end of this month lor.. but now i worrying coz i don't know how to check for defects!! what do i look out for har??For me, I check the painting lor...like not even, or smudge here smudge there....then need to ask them to touch up....after they touched up, must make sure you cannot see one patch one patch....then your flooring, any chipped off tiles....if got wooden flooring...check the capping....my platform the joint edges came off lor...have to ask them to repair.....then your wardrobe...got screw properly or not.....those very detailed checks lor.....rectify early better than late mah...wait all finish liao then ask them back think a bit the hard...hihi, came across ur reno photos, wahh very nice! esp the chandelier & wallpaper..can check with u for ur contact for Spray Paint, i.e the Epoxy paint for toilet & kitchen?? issit the one fm NewKoat?? where did u get ur lights? very nice very different fm the normal kind of White Lights, exactly wat i'm looking for!Nope...did not engage newkoat cos their pricing more expensive...mine is from poh chin....i can pm you the contact if you want....My lightings ah...all from different places leh...went to Arcade lightings, Dreams lights and Vlux.....but got my chandelier from Dreams lights....The colour of my lights are warm white....it's neither too yellowish not whitish.... no need lah.. ahaha.. will engage caterer... my sister volunteer to take care for me on this part. Wow xinyi_reiko, having your housewarming so fast ah? Congrats!! Duno when then i can have mine leh...now need to balek save up again for furniture...think will be a long time before i can invite ppl over...sob sob...and my reno now is 2 months plus liao leh...still pending defects.. hope by this week can clear everything...sob sob! Can the floor tiles be painted too? Can we choose darker colours to paint the wall tiles? Anyway, how much did u pay for your unit? There are still a few units on the 2nd floor for EA. Thanks for your reply.I painted my floor tiles too...just that I didn't upload the updated photos nia....Yup....you can choose your own colours....he can actually custom blend for you.I paid abt 277K for my unit....not sure abt mosquitoes cos we haven't moved in yet...but there are beetles flying into our unit though... Ya....i took down the hp number.....duno where it stops and pick up in the morning leh....i haven't called them yet....shiok leh....the pick up point in the evening is just my office downstairs....haha...but i think they have several pick up points too....
