First they posted some advertisment as Window Grill Specialist in Facebook , giving promotion of window grill services n highlight they are the lowest price in town. Yes and their service SUCK!! Pls dont get cheat by them!! 1) They mentioned it direct from their only company, own factory - Its NOT 2) They do not arrange schedule for your installation . You Pay them. And You have to follow their installation Timing. 3) Last min of notification informed of installation . 1night before , not 1day before of notice ????? They just used watsapp msg me a night b4 tml early morning they coming up . 4) My house is under reno of flooring , not yet lay the protection , we informed them DO NOT COME UP DO THE INSTALL OF WINDOW GRILL 1ST. The next day we came up , the grills all are DONE ????? And the person in charge told me still waiting for their next schedule for installation for my hse ... I am so shiock when i saw all the grills are done and i CALLED UP THIS PERSON IN-CHARGE ROGER . He went MIA .... Now only 1day my hse grills all covered with Duss and during my 1st coat painting we have to wrap up the grills. .. Fcuking **** if i know this type of SERVICES WAS GIVEN . I definately will not pay and such **** . My house is not yet done the 1st painting and he was informed not to install the grills 1st but he just take the money $$$ and do fcuk customer service . If this can happened in this company of a small amt of grills, and for their Interior design " i dont think " they can provide a GOOD SERVICE or TRUSTWORTHY . First time try their Service and get such disappointment in return... So , pple out there MIND CHOOSE WISELY OF YOUR INTERIOR DESIGN because you r going to pay a major amount to themm .... MonaS 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2017 I totally agree with you. I browsed through the package and contacted them as it was very impressive. The ID I dealt with was Calvin and he cancelled appointment twice. Then he provided the quote after meeting up and told us that the upon confirmation the 3D will be provided after 2 to 3 weeks. They mentioned on their package the 3D is free but when I met him he told me that the 3D is $80 per room. Its strange how they mentioned that there is no hidden cost. After the quote I tried to contact him and he did not respond to my emails or calls. Thank god their true colours were shown early and I decided not to sign up with them due to their poor service. My friends wife relative took up their ID reno Package, they said there is alot of hidden cost charged on them and the materials also not good. But for me i feel Customer Service n Sincerity is the most important thing to assured customer that, we r throwing major sum to ur company and u r earning commission frm us. So they must have the responsibility towards us. This Casa really seriously Bad n Bad n Badsss!!! kenichi1977 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2018 Hihi, well i am speaking from my experience with Casa Interior Design for my resale flat renovation two months ago and everything is great till now going to hand over to me. Calvin Goh is the ID assigned to me from Day 1 till now and he has done a great job. He has replied my every question and also accomodate my last minute request whenever possible. I think you all should give this ID company and Calvin a chance to prove to you the good service they will render to you. I am glad I found and engaged Casa Interior Design and Calvin Goh as my ID. Hisham 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2018 Hi. I would like to share my experience with this Company Casa interior design. I am one of their happy customer. Their package is reasonable. The person incharge of renovation my House is Calvin. My ID Calvin follow up with me without fail. Yes there is a hiccup here and there but after discussion talk explaination we both understand the situation well. After completion my reno for a month My hdb kitchen wall have a leaking and straight away i call Calvin to arrange their carpenter to bring down my cabinet so that hdb can rectify the issue. it took only short time of period for the carpenter to follow up. For the electrical price is depends on your additional lighting point. Their electrical man did a awesome job as they follow every extra point that ive requested. Price wise is affordable.Till now after 7 months of my complete reno, Calvin still message or call me to ask how is my house and willing to help me if i have any issue. Firefly 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2018 My advice when choosing contractor which I learned the hard way. Google them to see if got bad reviews. Next check their physical office. If they do not have an office, raise red flag. How to look for them when there is dispute? The registered address in ACRA is only for service only.
