the LOFTs are mansionettes....thought hdb dun wan to built anymore such flats...

exp leh. $380k++ :dunno:

When market is down, no demand. Now is the uptrend.. at least 2 yrs of good economy.

New flats cost $380k, 20+ yr old maisonette also closed around that price.

Then the actual area should be 111sqm lor, where got 142sqm. Think there's another forummer here also kana hoodwinked into thinking her 4-rm flat is 90sqm, but actually the 'interior' area is 85sqm only. 90sqm is inclusive of the thickness of the wall, or they say 'external area'...*pengz* How to trust HDB like that...

142sqm includes the sky garden, not the invisible space upstairs lah :jawdrop:

humm. maybe its a mid between ordinary HDB, DBSS.

But honestly i would rather they build the same kind of design minus the "green" features so its cheaper. :o

N HDB is trying to push out many kinds/variation of flats for ppl to choose from. Dat explains the many kinds of products available.

Btw, at first we tot the workmanship of those EC, Condo is better dne HDB.

But after viewing many units, we come to a conclusion that those EC, Condo workmanship is also so-so. Its just that they have better views and much nicer landscaping .

EC and condos workmanship varies from main-con and not developer.

HDB tenders building works for Treelodge@Punggol

In a sign that Treelodge@Punggol project is progressing, HDB has tender the building works for the Build-To-Order project today.The tender description stated was building works at Punggol West (Contract 7) for 712 dwelling units.

The tender will close on 12 September at 4pm. Interested companies can contact Mr Hu Kar Keong at 64902151 for more details.

Tender close for Treelodge@Punggol

The tender for construction works at Treelodge@Punggol has closed. As of 4pm yesterday, 5 construction companies had participated in the tender.

The 5 companies are Evan Lim & Company Pte Ltd, Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd, Hor Kew Private Ltd, Kay Lim Construction & Trading Pte Ltd and Lean Hin Lee Contractor & Trading (Pte) Ltd. Punggol.org will update residents on the tender result.

Treelodge expected to be completed by 2Q 2010

According to BCI Asia, construction for Treelodge @ Punggol is expected to commence in 1st quarter of 2008 and be completed by 2nd quarter of 2010. This project has been awarded a BCA Green Mark Platinum for green building. The project is estimated at a cost of S$122.90 million.

HDB has yet to announce the tender results. Based on the information posted on BCI Asia, Punggol.org understands that the three lowest bidders for the project are Kay Lim Construction & Trading Pte Ltd, Hor Kew Pte Ltd and Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd.
