Amy How 0 Report post Posted September 1, 2017 Went to a shop called Reno Deals in Geylang to buy my bathware. This shop claims to sell their things at factory prices. Well the things are reasonably cheap just like the other shops in Geylang because there is a lot of competition. However, what is "factory" about the shop is that they charge you transportation costs no matter the amount you purchase AND there is no customer or after sales service. They basically have a take it or leave it attitude. I was told to pay for some hardware accessories which was supposed to come with it. I was quite upset at their indifferent attitude and I figured why as I was walking in, there was also another angry customer stomping out ....what a shop

AndreaLee 3 Report post Posted September 7, 2017 Hmm I guess there are quite a few of "cheap" product selling shop which we thought it appear to be "cheap" but ended up with not what we expect. Sometimes we get the cheaper product but it spoil easily -,- Thats why I always prefer going to those who have better reviews, at least with good attitude so that I will go back to them every time if i need a replacement and stuff
Samantha Goh 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2017 Hi Amy, We also went to renodeals on 8th oct. Bought some items from them including 2 x WCs. The items were delivered on 13 oct. One of the WCs was found with water and serious crack. We discovered this on 17th oct when our contractor was about to install the bathroom accessories. We feedback to them and they insist on us paying $80 for a new WC as we did not highlight this on 13th oct. The 2nd replacement WC was sent on 21 oct, also with defect (crack) at the water tank area. (with 2 QC Passed) stamped on it. We refused this delivery and tell the shop to waive the charge of $80 and send us a new WC which they flatly refused.Very bad after service! Homeowners need to beware of this
WonderPig 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2017 5 years ago, I went to Heritage to purchase a kitchen sink. The value was acceptable. Yesterday, I purchased two WCs, One kitchen sink and the value were cheaper and better (brands and quality) than Reno Deals. Thus, this renodeal is a blessing in disguise for me to go back to Heritage.
