Hacking of a 134SQM HDB unit

Hi, can any guru or hackers advice on how much it cost to hack a 134 SQM EA unit. 

Living room

Dining room

4 x Bedrooms(Inclusive of wardrobes)

Kitchen + service yard (Inclusive of cabinets)

2 x toilets

Hi, my ID quote me for a 129sqm at $2800.

Hack off floor and wall tiles in 2toilets, kitchen.

Hack wall opening for kitchen, existing false ceiling and cornice whole house.

Remove kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, whole house wallpaper.

Anyone have a better price, please share your contact or PM me. Thanks

Does your price include haulage?

Hi my id quoted 1850 minus the kitchen wall tiles. Haulage was another 600 I think. Pm if you need the contact

Im not using an ID with nice showroom. They are actually contractors who can do 3D drawings too. 

First contractor - $3300 (increase from $2900 after i add on service balcony wall and tiles) + haulage $550

Second contractor - $5100 (add ons hacking of recess cabinet below windows for living/ study and 3bedrooms, inclusive of haulage)
