scoria76 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2007 We can choose whether we want yellow or white during our purchase... but I asked for white light... U can change the light to the higher Watt if not bright enough... my rooms only lighted by the fan lights... so far no problem...Hi HSH21,We intend to put the ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living & dining. What length that we should use?52" or smaller? We have bought 3 sets 52" fans with 4 light kits at $250 each. Thot it is for the 3 bedrooms, but was told that 52" is too big & 4 energy savings white lights are too much. Is using remote control good?Help, help pl. Maybe the model is sniper.??3 sets 52" fan + installation + 4 lightkits ea + 13w daylight =>$800. We went to universal union. a salesgal quoted $195 for 52" elmark fan + 3 lightkits(inclusive). So chepa..Then we went to crown house along geylang rd, the seller recommend crestar. He say crestar & allied is from taiwan whereas elmark & 2 more brand is from China. He say crestar after sales is good. don't know how true.. So he quote us 52"fan ($185) + 3lightkits($45)+ installation($35), but we didnt any fans from him, but decided to ask around.we went to chelsea at lakeside, fan 52"only is at $220 + 3 lights($55) + installation($35). Then we went to another shop just a few shops after it, the fans 52"is only $195. much much cheaper. But till date still fickle do not which size to put where.
