yokine9a 1 Report post Posted April 25, 2008 Hi, I need help here. The gap between the bottom edge of my bedroom doors and the laminate flooring is 4.5cm high. Normal door stoppers I can find in the shops are all meant for a max height of 3cm only. I can't use them for my bedrooms.Anyone has seen door stoppers cater for super-high doors like mine?At the moment I am using DIY door stoppers which look ugly I tied a foam underneath to my normal door stopper, just to add some height to it

Such a big gap? Even 3cm gap also very big. I think most gaps are less than 1 cm.4.5cm? Mayb have to use magnets or hooks liao. But 4.5cm gap is still very amazing. yokine9a 1 Report post Posted April 25, 2008 The floor is original crement screed without adding extra layer to make it level with living hall. When I bought it, I guess the ex-owner had no $$ to do any work to it, so they left it as it is. I didn't want to spend extra $$ to level it and simply put laminate flooring on top.The bedroom doors are also original ones with a big gap from the floor.
