How to remove LED Ceiling Light Fixture

Hi,

 

My led ceiling light is spoilt. Im trying to remove the cover to dismentle the fixture and replace new fixture. But im unable to remove the cover nor the fixture. Pls give me instruction if you know how to remove.

At the 4 corners, you can see 4 circles, they can be taken out and it will reveal the screw.
