I've always been envious of all the home owners who have a T-blog, sharing tips and inspirations of their nest. 
After 4000 years of waiting... we're finally receiving our keys! <3

Short info about us:

• Punggol BTO - Matilda Edge
• 4 Room Flat 
• Mid 20s young couple (Hub is working full time, Mama is a SAHWM)
• 1 toddler + 1 baking baby 
• 2 Furkids

With so much responsibilities (on the hubs), we have to build our nest based on a tight budget.
Budget for Renovation: $25-28k (Excluding furnishing & Electronics)

Since this is gonna be a big part of our happy memories together, I'm thrilled to start documenting every little details about it.

• Knock Partial wall between Master Bedroom & Bedroom 2 

Carpentry, Glass & Plumbing Works

• Full Height Shoe Cabinet between main entrance & Living/Dining Area (To leave door open for ventilation, yet still have our privacy)
• Top & Bottom Kitchen Cabinets for Wet Kitchen (Includes area for Induction Cooker, Kitchen Hood, Sink & Tap)
• Bottom Kitchen Cabinets ONLY for Dry Kitchen (Table-top space for Rice Cooker, Air Fryer etc...)
• Tall Unit at Dry Kitchen side for Microwave & Oven
• KompacPlus surface for both tabletop of Wet & Dry Kitchen Cabinets
• Glass Backsplash for Wet Kitchen Area
• Construct Curb at one side of service yard (For Dog toilet- install fake grass & Water spray to easily clean dog potty) 
• Connect outlet pipe from under dog potty to flow into drainage on opposite side of service yard (share outlet for washing machine)
• Install Sliding Window & Grills in Service Yard
• L-shape Sliding Shower Screen (Common Bathroom -2 doors to allow more space in shower, convenience of showering kids & dogs)
• Normal Sliding Shower Screen (Master Bathroom)
• Small Built-in Wardrobe between Master Bedroom & Bedroom 2 (For hubby)
• U-Shaped Walk-in Wardrobe in Master Bedroom (Dressing Table in middle)

yess! buti can't visualise whether it will be too cramp. your area seems bigger than mine for the width between each side of wardrobe.
i'm doing it without doors, so the depth of the wardrobes are 550mm instead of the standard 600mm.

I'm still considering between Ezbuy (SGD2.99 + delivery tbc) or Fei Xing (RMB 460/cbm)
With so many bad reviews from Ezbuy recently, I may most likely go with Fei Xing.

It is definitely too cramp to have a king size bed with your proposed U shaped WIW. You need at least 400mm at each side of your bed for getting in and out of the bed. Perhaps an L shaped WIW is more suitable.

Queen size bed should be better based on the design.
