Loft Bedroom

Is it possible to build a loft bedroom (above living room with 6m ht and 15sqm area ) with privacy for teenager?

Also, loft above the living room doesn't have windows that can open. Would that be very stuffy?

I guess it will be fine as long as their is aircon running around that room.
Did you get to do the room already ? How is it ?
